Praise the Lord. Now is the time we came to hear "What thus saith the Lord God Almighty," to us. I just praise God for this man of God who really loves the Lord, and He loves the people of God, and our family. I am honored and privileged to be his wife, and the mother of his children. I know he loves you all so much. And we just want to greet our pastor, my husband, my friend, Pastor Arvel Givens.

The following is an excerpt from Pastor Arvel Givens' book: Total Commitment.

Throughout all generations, from Adam to the present time, God, the Father has been looking for a people who are willing to surrender their lives to His will fully. II Chronicles 16:9 states:

“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew Himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him.”

The words that seem to stand out in bold print and leap in our spirits are “Whose heart is perfect toward Him.” The only way our hearts can become perfect toward God is to seek Him whole heartedly, and once we find Him, commit ourselves to Him totally.Listen to what He says in Psalm 37:5

“Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.”

Prayer: Let's look to the Lord. Father, I thank and praise You for this day. this is the day You have made. We're going to rejoice and be glad in it. Not just this day, right now, this morning, but forever more. We want to rejoice and be glad in it. Not just this day, right now this morning, but forever more. We want to rejoice. You said "Rejoice in the Lord ALWAYS, and again I say rejoice!" (Phil. 4:4)

I thank You Father, for the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, Your Name will, shall and always will be praised. I thank You Father and praise You for the opportunity to be ALIVE! I thank You for Jesus, who made it all possible. For redeeming us from the curse: poverty, sickness and death, that You were wounded for OUR transgressions, bruised for OUR iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was placed on Him And with His Stripes, HALLELUJAH! all 39, We ARE HEALED!!
